📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assembling and disassembling custom machinery according to technical specifications and blueprints.
• Adjusting and calibrating machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Testing machinery to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
• Repairing and maintaining machinery, including replacing worn-out parts.
• Collaborating with engineers and other fitters to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in machinery assembly and maintenance.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for machinery issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical fitting or a related field.
• Familiarity with CNC machinery, industrial robots, and other advanced machinery.
• Knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and machinery specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with machinery assembly and maintenance tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and measuring tools.
• Valid certification in machinery assembly and maintenance (preferred but not required).
