📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the financial operations of CBRE projects in Bali, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity for CBRE projects in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
