Java Projects Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export-Import (EXIM) Administrator to join our dynamic team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export and import processes, from documentation to delivery
• Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments
• Maintain and update shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide support to the sales and operations teams on international trade matters
• Conduct regular reviews of shipping performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all international shipments using SAP and Excel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import administration or a similar role
• Proven experience with international shipping documentation and procedures
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel for data management and reporting
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
