📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20-30 staff members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best products and services.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service and quality.
• Lead and participate in store improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a store or business.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as POS systems, inventory management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
