📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Design and develop training programs that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring that they are engaging, informative, and effective,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their roles,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources,Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to measure the impact of training programs🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages🛠️ Keahlian
