📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
