📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
