CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quantity surveying processes for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, particularly in the International Federation of Surveyors (IFS) standards, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quantity surveying processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFS standards.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and cost plans.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify the accuracy of quantities and costs.,Collaborate with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quantities and costs.,Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in IFS standards.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality quantity surveying services.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
