📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of their patients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Attend medical conferences, workshops, and other industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.,Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and confidence in our products.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or medical representative role in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
