Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.,Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that our solutions are aligned with their business goals.,Maintain and support existing software solutions, providing timely updates and enhancements as needed.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the deployment and operation of our software solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.,Participate in project planning and estimation activities, providing accurate and realistic timelines for project completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on forward deployment and client-facing projects.,Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.,Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
