PT Antar Baskoro is looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent for our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
