📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
