📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian labor market and employment laws is a plus.
