Quick Bloom Cemerlang is looking for a Lead Quality Control to oversee and ensure the quality of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing quality control processes, training staff, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality.,Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify and address issues.,Train and mentor quality control staff to maintain high standards.,Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and improve processes.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor quality control staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
