📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's qualifications and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
