📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Support the sales team in maintaining and expanding the customer base.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Assist in the management of sales data and CRM systems.,Participate in sales training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
