Star Gate Nusantara is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of sales and financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage cash drawer and reconcile daily sales.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Handle refunds and exchanges as per company policy.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
