📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present business proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work.,Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.,Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress towards targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
