In this role, you'll be the backbone of our finance team, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You'll work closely with our management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards
  • Manage and mentor junior accountants
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
