📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
