📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers.,Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to health and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Prepare and maintain food stocks and records.,Assist in the planning and preparation of menus.,Ensure all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
