📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to our employees.
• Create and implement training curricula that meet the needs of our organization and our employees.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other members of the training and development team to ensure the success of our training initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education and training.
• Contribute to the development of our organization's overall training and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education and training, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of educational theory and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
