Moon Store Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct customer inquiries and requests.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).,Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions.
