📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for manufacturing processes.
• Assess employees' skill levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement customized training solutions using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure training programs meet their needs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manufacturing training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing training or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in manufacturing training or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
