📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities and customer service.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
