📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for money.,Oversee the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost reduction.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance to senior management.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure the smooth operation of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in cost savings and efficiency.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
