📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.,Resolve any issues or conflicts within the kitchen team.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a commercial kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.
