Oversee the operations of a specific area, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of area managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Represent the company at external events and meetings to promote our brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a sales or operations environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, as well as operational best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
