📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends,Develop and maintain a customer database and relationship management,Set and achieve individual sales targets and quotas,Present products and services to potential customers and negotiate deals,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services,Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions,Participate in sales training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field (preferred but not required),Strong communication and negotiation skills,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills,Proficiency in using sales tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
