📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support to the Learning and Development Manager in managing the training budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
