📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily culinary operations of the restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service by managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop the skills of the kitchen staff.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent experience.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Experience with menu development and cost control is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is preferred but not required.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
