In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.,Manage and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities.,Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
