📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain administrative records, including employee files, contracts, and payroll information.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Provide administrative support during meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles with a focus on data analysis.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
